Due to recent changes in the way solicitors are permitted to charge clients for claims-related work, Lincoln Green Solicitors Ltd has reviewed its business model and service offering.

These changes have made it increasingly difficult to sustain our “no win, no fee” model in a commercially viable way.

Lincoln Green Solicitors has therefore made the decision not to accept any new clients or matters.

Clients with ongoing claims can be assured that their cases will continue to be progressed under their existing agreements. Our team will remain in contact with lenders, the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) as necessary until each case is brought to conclusion.
